FIERROS sprl reserves the right to adapt or modify these terms at any time, the version of the General conditions of sale applicable to any transaction is the one listed online on the site www.latino.be at the moment of the order.
1 TERMS OF TRADE
Enforcement of the General conditions of sale :
By confirming an order on www.latino.be you agree to be legally bound to comply with the terms and conditions set forth below.
A valid contract is concluded between you and FIERROS sprl when FIERROS sprl receives confirmation of your order on its site and the corresponding payment authorization.
FIERROS sprl reserves the right to refuse an order for any reason that shall be motivated and will cancel the payment authorization and providing the evidence.
2. The client
The client can be a legal person possessing a business number anywhere in the world
or a physical person aged minimum 18 years declaring having the legal capacity to make an order on this site.
When recording his personal data under the heading "my account", the client must ensure accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data he provides.
If an error in the wording of the coordinates of the recipient, FIERROS sprl cannot be held responsible for the difficulties of delivering the product.
3 Products and VAT price
Our prices are denominated in EUROS excluding delivery costs:
-excluding VAT for professionals who have previously identified themselves as professionals and have informed a valid EU VAT N° , after confirmation.
-VAT included for end-user clients.
Belgian customers pay 21% VAT.
EU customers who have a valid VAT number do not pay VAT.
EU customers who don't have a valid intra-Community VAT number pay Belgian VAT of 21% on products and transport.
Customers outside the EU do not pay VAT.
Our products are aimed to clients who have a physical address in Europe or elsewhere in the world. The products presented on the site are offered within the limit of stocks available.
4. Presentation and availability of products
All products offered by FIERROS sprl are described and illustrated in good faith and as accurately as possible. Sometimes however the sizes and colours vary slightly due to the the natural texture of products, variations that we strive to maintain at an acceptable minimum.
FIERROS sprl makes every effort to ensure that the items you ordered are available. Sometimes however that an article is out of stock. FIERROS sprl will then propose you solutions to replace exhausted items.by other items on stock.
5 Shipment cots :
Shipment costs are detailed on the site.
The articles will be delivered to the address you have indicated in your order, except PO boxes and hotels.
Lead time for shipment out of Brussels is 7 days, unless the product ordered is out of stock.
Transport time is according to the method of transport chosen by the client.
FIERROS sprl cannot be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery that is not of its responsability.
If a parcel arrives damaged the client must inform FIERROS sprl within 3 days of receipt.
6 Payment and security
Orders are payable upfront by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) at order confirmation without discount.

Our website uses the best technology available on the market to ensure your e-commerce transactions. All your personal data, including your name, your address and your credit card number are encrypted by securing the server (SSL) to ensure maximum security software.
7 Billing
Professional customers will receive an invoice for all orders.
End user clients can receive an invoice for a purchase greater than €100, if they so request.
8 Return / exchanges
The client has a right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of delivery, which can be exercised by returning the products in perfect condition in their original packaging at the Head Office at the following address:

FIERROS sprl will reimburse by bank transfer the sums already paid within 30 days of receipt of returned items. A fee of 5 euros will be deducted as administrative costs.
Shipping costs incurred to return the products will be at your charge.
FIERROS sprl has the right to refuse or to not reimburse the returned articles when they have been damaged by the client.
9 Applicable law and competent jurisdiction
Belgian laws are of application.
Only the courts of the judicial district of Brussels will be qualified.
